Master some classic dishes in our Italian online cooking classes.
Would you or your kids like to learn how to make soft, chewy, wonderful pasta, or melt-in-the-mouth maritozzi – a light, sweet cream bun typically eaten for breakfast in Rome? How about some classic pasta sauces that can be made with just a handful of ingredients?
As well as cooking lessons for our guests, Kelda has been donning her apron, logging into Zoom and giving virtual cooking lessons to people in the UK, Netherlands, Canada, the USA and New Zealand. An hour or two spent chopping, kneading, stirring and enjoying the wonderful aromas coming out of your kitchen is the perfect antidote to these strange times.
Online Cooking Classes: What’s Cooking?
We’ve kept the options simple to help ease the barriers of virtual learning through Zoom, but also so that you can easily get your hands on the ingredients. Choose one of the three options for your class:
- One type of pasta (either with, or without eggs) and one pasta sauce
- Two pasta sauces
- An Italian bread, sweet breakfast bun, or biscuits
For kids (aged 9 and upwards), we suggest either the flour and water pasta, or Italian bread (focaccia).
If you’re interested in our online Italian cooking classes and would like more information, please email hello@casalevolpe.com and we’ll get straight back to you with more about the dishes on offer, how to book and how to pay.
These classes also make a great gift for friend or family member.
